I have seen the drive through Metro Bank in Slough but I have no direct knowledge regarding them.
I have however started using Starling Bank for Business requirements (kept HSBC open as back up). All good so far but ill let you know after month one.
Worth looking around though as these new internet banks do offer some good features

Introduced to a great company that provided vehicle telematics (black boxes) for only £9 a month. Anyone have a requirement let me know and I will forward details
