OMF is a natural body weight exercise class run by former members of the Armed Forces. We have a unique bib system for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels of fitness.
We train across Mid and West Sussex at; Crawley, Haywards Heath, Horsham and East Grinstead. Come and give us a try, the first class is free!
