Based in Leeds, Emergencyman Plumber cover all of Leeds and the surrounding areas. You’ll find we are quick to respond with an arrival time of an hour or less, if we’re available and you’re in one of our service areas. For non-emergencies we can often get there the same day.

You can have us do anything from general plumbing to external drainage work, gas combi boilers and central heating to unvented water heaters and cylinders.

We have no call out fee, you are only ever charged from the time of arrival and all work is carried out by fully qualified and highly skilled plumbers and engineers. Furthermore, we give itemised invoices that are broken down into parts and labour, with no hidden costs and several ways to pay.


Our plumbers are bpec qualified and can work on unvented water heaters and cylinders as well as general plumbing.

All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe Register engineers who have the different levels of Gas Safe Register needed to work on any size of gas appliances and heating systems and for all types of gas.

If you have problems with external drains we offer a drainage service and have a van fully equipped and ready for any kind of blockage.

Our Gas Safe Registered Engineers are qualified to work on many heating systems and types of gas and are available for Gas Fire Repairs and Installs, Gas Cooker Servicing and Installs, Warm Air Unit Repairs, Central Heating, Gas Catering Equipment, Gas Appliance Safety Checks, LPG and Propane, Gas Leaks and more.

Typical Unvented Work
Our bpec qualified plumber has all the necessary certificates and skills to work on all types of unvented hot water heaters and cylinders and can be called upon for problems such as Leaks, No Hot Water, Leaking Cylinders, Poor Water Pressure, Water Dripping Outside, Faulty Immersion Heater, Pressure Relief Pipe Dripping or Discharging.

Typical Drainage Work
Working on all types of drains, internal and external, we have a high power drain jetting system ready to go! Available for Blocked Drains, Root Clearances, Drain Repairs and CCTV Drain Surveys amongst other things.

Having a van that’s permanently stocked with various plumbing materials, parts and all the tools needed means that we can usually give a permanent fix that first visit. In cases were a part is needed that we don’t happen to have, we have use several suppliers to the trade so can source them quickly!
