I specialize in Group Exercise classes and run 62 classes per week within my 3 studios. Synergy81 Ltd is about mental and physical health within our Cardio & Strength Studio, Indoor Cycling Studio and my Holistic Studio. I believe that a healthy body is a healthy mind that allows us to prosper as an individual which enables us to be able to stand up to anything that life might throw at us be it work or personal related.
