We have and continue to acquire tired industrial and farm buildings and bring them back to life through extensive refurbishment. We seek to purchase sites anywhere within 90 minutes’ drive time of our head office in Malmesbury.
We operate our sites on a flexible basis both in terms of lease length but also in how we configure the space. Across all sites we have more than 200 customers.
